Council have launched an investigation after a “significant” number of dogs were rescued from a property in Armagh on Thursday morning.
The dogs were removed from the property following a report made to Council.
Police assisted in the operation.
A police spokesperson said: “Officers from B Section accompanied Armagh City, Banbridge & Craigavon Animal Welfare and Environmental Health teams, to assist in the rescue of a significant number of dogs from a property in the Armagh area.
