In Pictures: Storm Isha brings night of chaos as Met Office issues new storm warning!

It was a night of chaos in Co. Armagh and further afield last night as we faced the full brunt of Storm Isha.

And while the clean-up is well underway, it might only be a temporary fix, as Storm Jocelyn makes its way to our shores.

The Met Office has issued a yellow wind warning which will be in place from 4pm on Tuesday until 1pm on Wednesday.

Gusts are expected to reach upwards of 50mph on Tuesday evening, with the worst between 6-9pm – slightly down on the 60mph Isha brought on Sunday, however, further damage is likely….inevitable.

As for Sunday night, we were inundated with messages from residents across the county sharing their experiences and indeed, what they woke to find the morning after.

We’ve collated just some of the pictures that we received through the night and into the morning.

Ps. We arrived into the office this morning to discover a lost bin outside our door (see below). If it’s yours feel free to call over and reclaim it!
