Homecare Independent Living (HCIL) the leading provider of care, support and housing solutions has announced plans to expand its 1,200 strong team with the creation of 200 new roles across Ireland in the next 12 months.
As part of a major recruitment drive, the company – headquartered in Armagh – has revealed that new roles will be available across its Domiciliary, Housing and Support businesses over the next year with up to 50 Health Care Assistant and Community Management roles immediately available across the Dublin area and new roles available in Finance, HR, Marketing, Communications, Administration, Recruitment, Housing, Maintenance and Support.
Founded by Mairead Mackle in 1995, HCIL has grown over the last 23 years to a dynamic team of 1,200 staff delivering 6,000 calls daily to clients living independently in their own homes.
They provide 2,200 beds every night for vulnerable families or those at risk of homelessness and independently managing over 900 properties in Ireland for temporary and supported accommodation.
HCIL has nine regional offices located across Ireland with plans to expand into its brand new Dublin office imminently.
