Helping people living with cancer in Armagh

Looking for a New Year’s resolution that will really help make a difference?

Macmillan Cancer Support is expanding its Community Helpers Scheme across the Armagh area and we are looking for volunteers to help local people living with cancer.

Many people who are undergoing treatment or recovering from cancer at home need practical and emotional support.

Macmillan organises local volunteers to spend a few hours a week, helping with light household tasks like shopping, cleaning or just offering a listening ear.

We are looking for volunteers just like you, to help local people with cancer in need of support.

If you could spare a few hours a week to help someone living near you, contact Rachel or Sarah at dvsni@macmillan.org.uk or call 028 9070 8610.
