A female cyclist suffered serious injuries after she collided with a car in Armagh city on Thursday night.
The woman was one of a number of cyclists travelling along the Moy Road, close to the Spires Retail Park, when she collided with a car shortly after 9pm.
Emergency crews tended to the scene before the cyclist was taken to hospital having sustained serious injuries to her leg and back.
Police in Armagh are investigating the collision.
Sergeant Rocks said: “We received a report at approximately 9.20pm of a road traffic collision involving a female cyclist and a blue coloured Citroen C1.
“The woman, aged in her 40s, was taken to hospital for injuries to her leg and back, which are not believed to be life threatening at this time.
“I am appealing to anyone who was in the area at the time and witnessed the collision to contact us.
“I am also appealing to any driver with a dash cam fitted to their vehicle to check their footage and call us on the non emergency number 101, quoting reference number 1729 of 14/06/18.”
