A man has been arrested following a single vehicle collision in Armagh on Thursday night.
Police received the report of a crashed car on the Cathedral Road shortly before 9pm.
Officers attended but the driver of the vehicle had left the scene.
Follow up enquiries led to police arresting a 37-year-old man on suspicion of a number of driving and drug related offences. He is currently in police custody at this time.
The NI Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS) were also tasked to the scene after the vehicle caught fire.
A NIFRS spokesperson said: “One appliance from Armagh Fire Station attended the incident.
“Firefighters were called to reports of a car on fire following a RTC on Cathedral Road, Armagh at 8.52pm. Firefighters used one hose reel to extinguish the fire. The cause of the fire is believed to have been accidental ignition and incident was dealt with by 9:41pm.”
