Armagh woman jailed for eight months as judge brands sentencing ‘exceptionally lenient’

An Armagh woman who pleaded guilty to a litany of offences, including threatening to put another woman through a window, has been jailed for eight months.
District Judge Anne Marshall said the sentencing, which was given to Naomi McConville of Dobbins Grove, should have been 18 months save for the fact she didn't want the defendant "to lose hope".
