Armagh students hoping to win competition to develop fitness for kids app

The app will encourage young people to take charge of their own health

City of Armagh High pupils are bidding to win a competition that will enable them to develop an app that will raise awareness on kids’ health and fitness.

The team of four girls – Mia, Emma, Hannah and Natasha – have had to come up with our own ideas for marketing, designing and launching an app called ‘Hyperactive’.

The idea is based around a ‘Fitness’ type of app, suitable for kids.

The app will encourage young people to take charge of their own health and get active in a fun and interactive way.

They have created and starred in our own video to try and appeal to young people the value of the choices that they make in life.

The girls want people to view and share the video as much as possible in a bid to win the Young Enterprise competition, which in turn will allow them to develop the app further.

Check the video out above.
