Armagh police involved in cross-district pursuit find £15,000 of Class A drugs

A cross-district police pursuit has uncovered £15,000 of Class A drugs today (Monday).

It happened this afternoon when a stolen vehicle made off from police in Armagh at high speeds.

Armagh and Dungannon police were involved in the pursuit, which ended on Killyman Street in the Moy.

The driver crashed into three vehicles, before making off on foot.

Police then located a discarded bag in the area, which contained approximately £15,000 in Class A drugs.

A spokesperson for the PSNI said: “Both the driver and passenger are currently in custody. We want to thank the public for all their help today.”
