The case of an Armagh man facing charges related to making and possessing indecent images of a child is to transfer to crown court.
Steven Cummings, 40, from Gaol Square, is alleged to have committed the offence on dates between September 1, 2018 and April 29, 2019.
A prosecuting lawyer told Armagh Magistrates’ Court the case is proceeding on indictment and requested an adjournment to allow for the preparation of committal papers.
District Judge Anne Marshall agreed and adjourned the case until September 20.
