It's famed for its cheesesteak... lashings of the finest cut ribeye steak covered with melted cheese in a long 'hoagie' roll. Its popularity has no doubt inspired the classic peppered steak sandwich we see in cafes, pubs and restaurants across Northern Ireland today... but nowhere does the Philly Cheesesteak quite like the Philadelphians.
