Emergency services have been called to the scene of a road traffic collision on the Battleford Road.
Northern Ireland Ambulance Service and Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service have been tasked.
The PSNI are also in attendance.
It happened before the Drumsallan crossroads.
An eyewitness said they believed only one vehicle was involved, with reports of a car in a field.
Elsewhere, the M1 motorway has been closed tonight between junctions 14 and 15 at Tamnamore
The carriageway has been closed westbound.
Police say the closure follows a serious road traffic collision.
Motorists are asked to seek an alternative route.
