ABC Council has agreed to sell the former DARD offices on the Mall and part of the adjoining car park – prompting fresh hopes of an imminent redevelopment, Armagh I can reveal.
The local authority had actually moved to buy the prominent Mall West site in Armagh some six years ago. At that time, the council had planned its own development of the expansive site.
But nothing ever materialised.
