Armagh and Dungannon crews tackle blaze at commercial premises

Fire crews from Armagh attended when a blaze broke out at commercial premises on the Tamnamore Road in Dungannon yesterday (Tuesday).

Together with their colleagues from Dungannon, they used hosereel jets and a covering jet to extinguish a fire on the premises, which was being used to process straw for bedding.

The call to NI Fire and Rescue Service was received at 4pm yesterday.

There was a large amount of smoke produced and four employees were given oxygen treatment by NIFRS personnel.
