A 60-year-old man has been charged with common assault and making threats to kill in connection with an assault in the Tandragee Road area of Markethill on Sunday 28 June.
He is expected to appear at Armagh Magistrates Court on July 28.
As is usual procedure the charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
