An 18 carat, white gold handmade engagement and wedding ring combination was among the jewellery stolen from a house last week.
Sometime between 7.45am and 5.10pm on Wednesday, 8 April, entry was forced to a house on Loughbrickland Road, Gilford.
Constable Peter Kealey explained: “A quantity of jewellery was taken including a woman’s Skagen, rose gold watch, a white gold bracelet, two pairs of earrings, a man’s Diesel watch and a distinctive 18 carat, white gold, handmade engagement and wedding ring combination.
“This jewellery holds great sentimental value for the owners and they are keen to have the jewellery returned.”
Two men were seen in the area between 12.30pm and 1pm and police are keen to speak to them.
They would also like to hear from anyone who has information in relation to the burglary or whereabouts of the stolen jewellery.
They can be contacted in Banbridge on 101, quoting ref: 912 080415.
