Acknowledgment for the late Linton Hopper (Moy)

Hopper, Linton. We, the family of the late Linton Hopper wish to express our sincere thanks to everyone who sympathised with us on our recent bereavement.

We wish to thank all our family members, friends and neighbours who called at our home, sent cards and messages, telephoned, gave donations, attended the funeral and helped in any other way.

A special word of thanks to all those friends and family members who visited Linton during his sickness, this meant a great deal to both him and us.

To the doctors and nurses in Craigavon Area Hospital and staff in Campbell Surgery, thank you for your care and guidance. Thank you to the district nurses, twilight nurses and community palliative care teams from Macmillan and Marie Curie, your care will never be forgotten. A special thank you to Maria, the Macmillan dietitian, who was a wonderful source of advice, support and kindness in our home.

Sincere thanks to Rev. Bryan Martin and Rev. Matthew Topley for conducting the funeral service and providing support to the family. Thanks to the Grave diggers, the organist and to Muriel and her team for the lovely refreshments provided after the church service and committal.

Finally, we would like to thank David Cranston of D. Cranston Funeral Director for the professional, dignified and caring manner in which he and his team conducted the funeral and the support they provided during our time of bereavement.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgment will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation and gratitude.
