We the family of the late Ellen Brady would like to extend our gratitude to all who sympathised with us during our recent heartbreaking bereavement. We appreciate greatly the kindness and support from family, friends and neighbours and all those who attended the wake and funeral, sent mass cards, messages of condolence and donated to our chosen charities Rathore School and The Laurels who devoted so much time and care to Ellen over the years.
To the doctors and nursing staff who looked after Ellen — especially the staff of the Paediatrics, A&E and High Dependency at Daisy Hill Hospital and the staff of Cornmarket Surgery and McKeevers On The Bridge.
Special thanks to Fr Patrick Desmond for celebrating a lovely Funeral Service and to Cliodhna Cowan, Terry Rafferty and Pat Mathers for the beautiful singing and music. Our thanks are extended to Ballyholland Harps Management Committee, the Senior Footballers, Camogs and all those who formed guards of honour.
Sincere thanks to Cecilia and Nicola Heaney at Central Florist for the beautiful flowers and to the Diamonds Restaurant for the beautiful meal after the funeral.
To Patricia, Connor, Gerard, Brian and the staff at Heaney Keenan Funeral Directors for the most professional and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
Finally we thank those who Miss Ellen touched in some way over her 21 years. As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our deepest appreciation.
Ellen’s Months mind mass will be celebrated on Saturday 10th May in St Catherine’s Church, Dominic Street, Newry at 7.30pm.
