Acknowledgement for the late Teresa Murphy

Murphy, Teresa.

The family of the late Teresa Murphy her daughters Una and Caroline, son Damian, grandchildren and extended family circle would like to thank all those who sympathised with them on their recent sad bereavement.

To all our wonderful family, friends and kind neighbours whose help and support was invaluable over the wake and funeral and indeed throughout mummys life. To all those who attended the wake and funeral, brought masscards, messaged or posted online their expressions of sympathy we assure you these were tremendously appreciated.

Thanks also to the very many people who brought gifts of food to the wake and to the ladies who worked tirelessly in the kitchen providing tea and refreshments to the wake attendees.

No words seem adequate to express our sincere appreciation to all those who cared for Mummy over the recent years at home and in hospital especially the staff of Newtownhamilton health centre and to Clarks Chemist Newtownhamilton.

Thanks also to Canon Sean ONeill for his pastoral care of mummy and who with Fr Malachy Murphy celebrated a very fitting and personal funeral mass. Thanks also to Amelia McCormack who provided the music to enhance the celebration of the mass.

Finally to Bridget and team from Mone funeral Directors for the complete, compassionate and professional handling of all the funeral arrangements and to Whitecross Hall for the use of their facilities to host the post burial meal kindly provided by McEntees Crossmaglen.

At the risk of failing to mention someone we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a sincere token of our appreciation.

Teresa’s month mind mass will be celebrated in St Malachys church Ballymoyer on Saturday 2nd May at 6pm
