Keep up with Armagh i

Acknowledgement for the late Terence Lesslar (Brocagh)

Lesslar, Terence.

Late of Brocagh, formerly Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Terence’s wife Kate and children Rachel, Riona, James and Isabel, brother Walter and sister Gina and extended Lesslar and Hughes family wish to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation for the love and support shown to us following the sudden death of a very beloved husband, father, brother and uncle.

We would especially like to thank relatives, friends, neighbours and work colleagues who gave so generously of their time and care in so many ways. We cannot thank enough all those who supported us and for all the kindness shown to us with all kinds of practical support and prayers. Our heartfelt thanks to all those who sent flowers, Mass and sympathy cards, letters and messages of sympathy, called at the house, telephoned or sent condolences via social media or contacted the family in any way.

Thank you to those who helped during the wake, provided food or attended the wake or funeral. Thank you to Brocagh GAA and to the Brocagh camogie team for providing a guard of honour on the day of the funeral.

We are so grateful to Fr McGinn, Lurgan who gave Terence the last rites, Canon Benny Fee for his support throughout, as well as conducting the celebration of Terence’s Requiem Mass and Fr Mc Callion for his prayers and support. We would like to thank Andrea Delaney for the beautiful music and singing at the mass. Thanks to Brian Quinn for kindly recording the mass and putting it on the Clonoe live webcam stream and Clonoe Gallery for those who could not attend.

We sincerely thank the undertakers, Hugh and Dermot Quinn and everyone who helped in anyway with the funeral including the gravedigger, for the professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.

As it would be impossible to thank individually all those whose kindness has brought such comfort to us at this very difficult time. We trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all with our sincere thanks. Mass will be offered for all of your intentions.

Terence’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Patrick’s Church, Clonoe on Tuesday December 28, 2021 at 7.30 pm. St Patrick’s Church, Clonoe Live Webcam Stream can be found here.
