Keep up with Armagh i

Acknowledgement for the late Sheila Robinson (Maghery)

Robinson, Sheila.

The family of the late Sheila Robinson R.I.P. wish to express their sincere thanks to everyone who supported them following Sheila’s passing.

We are deeply grateful to all those who called at the wake, sent mass and sympathy cards, brought food, attended the funeral, or offered their condolences and support in so many different ways.

A very special word of thanks is extended to the doctors, nurses and carers who looked after Sheila, particularly during her final days. The kindness, dignity and compassion shown to Sheila, and the support given to her family, will always be remembered and deeply appreciated.

We would also like to thank all those who cared for and supported Sheila throughout the later years of her life, enabling her to remain surrounded by people who cared deeply for her.

Our sincere thanks to Fr McCamley, who celebrated Sheila’s Requiem Mass, and to everyone who took part in the funeral liturgy, including the readers and the Hanna Sisters, whose beautiful singing and music made the service so meaningful. We would also like to thank George Corr and Sean Hackett (4C’s Coffee House, Armagh), for the lovely refreshments provided after the funeral service.

We are also very grateful to Plunkett Teague & Sons funeral directors for the care, professionalism and respect shown to Sheila and to our family throughout the funeral arrangements.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a sincere expression of our appreciation and gratitude.

Sheila was a much-loved sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt and friend. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had her in our lives and will always remember her with great love and affection.

Sheila’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 9, at 7.30pm in Our Lady Queen of Peace, Maghery.

May she rest in peace.

Our Lady, Queen of Peace, pray for her.
