Acknowledgement for the late Sean Mulholland (Aghagallon)

Mulholland, Sean.

The family of the late Sean Mulholland wish to express our sincere gratitude to all who sympathised with us during our recent bereavement.

We are deeply thankful to everyone who called to the wake, sent Mass and sympathy cards, brought food, sent messages of condolence, and made donations to Cuan Mhuire. your kindness and support have meant so much to us.

A special word of thanks to the many friends who travelled from near and far to attend the wake and funeral, joined online, telephoned, sent cards, messages and flowers, and shared so many wonderful memories of Sean.

We will be forever grateful to all those who cared for Sean, particularly the kind and gentle surgical teams, doctors, nurses, and auxiliary staff of the Royal Victoria Hospital, especially those in ICU and Ward 6D, who cared for him with such compassion, dignity and respect.

Our sincere thanks to Father Declan Mulligan PP for his spiritual support, to Canon McBride for the beautiful funeral Mass, and to Catherine in the Parish Office for her guidance and support. We also thank Niamh Murray for the beautiful music and singing.

We extend our appreciation to Jack and Margaret McLearnon and staff, and to Kieran Mulholland, for the caring and dignified manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.

Thank you also to Diane Mulholland and staff at the Gate Inn for the wonderful food and hospitality following the funeral.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a heartfelt expression of our sincere appreciation.

Sean’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, April 2, at 7.00pm in St Patrick’s Church Aghagallon.
