Acknowledgement for the late Peter Haughey (Foley, formerly Corran)

Haughey, Peter. (Foley, formerly Corran). The family of the late Peter Haughey wish to express their profound thanks and appreciation to all those who offered support and sympathy to them during their recent bereavement.

To all our wonderful family, friends and kind neighbours whose help was invaluable over the wake and funeral. To all those who attended the wake/funeral, brought mass/sympathy cards, messaged or posted online their expressions of sympathy.

Also thanks to the many individuals and businesses who brought gifts of food to the wake and in particular the management and staff of McAnerneys and Cordelias Chippy Armagh.

Special and sincere thanks to the wonderful care our father receieved over the years from the Doctors and staff of Archway surgery, the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS), the doctors and nursing staff from Craigavon Hospital, the Staff from McKeevers Chemist and in particular their delivery team and to Julie-Ann and Margaret the podiatrist we are forever grateful

Thanks also to Fr Greg Carville for his pastoral care of daddy and for officiating at a very personal and fitting requiem mass and to Liam and Petrina for preparing the church for the mass.

Thanks also to Catherine Grimley Hughes and Dermot McCusker for providing the music that greatly enhanced the celebration of the mass and to the gravedigger who prepared Daddy’s final resting place.

Finally to Bridget Mone of Mone funeral Directors for the compassionate and professional handling of all the funeral arrangements

As it is impossible to thank each person personally we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a sincere token of our appreciation

Daddy’s month mind mass will be held in St Patrick’s Church Ballymacnab on Sunday December 4, at 9:30pm
