Acknowledgement for the late Paul Vernon (Armagh)

Vernon, Paul.

We the family of the late Paul Vernon, his wife Maria, children, Kate, Brian and John
along with his extended family wish to express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to all our kind relatives, friends and neighbours who supported us during our recent sad bereavement. Those who sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, letters and floral tributes we thank you.

We offer our thanks to Dr Paul McClung and Dr Conor Moore, the nursing staff of Abbey Court Surgery, domiciliary care team and also to the Rapid Response Marie Curie Team in Craigavon Area Hospital, who showed great care to Paul during his last few weeks.

A special thanks to Fr Barry and Fr Peter for their pastoral visits to Paul and for the beautiful requiem mass to celebrate his life. To Conor Breen for lovely music and singing. A word of thanks to Perfect Blend Tea Room and Cordelia’s for their kindness and generosity of food and refreshments.

To his good friends at the Men’s Shed for the guard of honour, and to all who took part in Paul’s funeral and funeral mass we thank you.

A special word of thanks to J.J McArdles Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in which they carried out Paul’s funeral.

As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, we thrust this acknowledgment as a gesture of our sincere appreciation.

Paul’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 8th January 2022 at 10am in St Patrick’s Cathedral, Armagh.
