Acknowledgement for the late Patrick Carr (Cookstown)

Carr, Patrick. We, the family of the late Patrick (Paddy) Carr, wish to express our sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks for the many expressions of sympathy and gestures of kindness shown to us during our recent bereavement.

We are truly grateful to Loy Medical Centre, the Hospital Diversion Team, the District Nursing Team, Dalriada Urgent Care and Marie Curie nurses for the care and comfort they provided to Paddy, especially during his final days.

A special word of thanks to Paddy’s carers for their kindness, support and friendship shown to Paddy and the family.

Many thanks to Fr. Hughes for his spiritual guidance and for celebrating Paddy’s Requiem Mass, to Margaret Anne Conlon and Patrick Slevin for providing the beautiful singing and music which made the funeral Mass so special, to Lissan Hall Committee for their premises and to Nicola Rea for catering after the funeral.

As a family, we are eternally grateful to Colleen and Niall A Loughran Funeral Directors for their grace and professionalism and we thank them for the dignified way they carried out the funeral arrangements.

We trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.

Paddy’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, June 1, at 7.30pm in St. Michael’s Church, Lissan and can be viewed here
