Acknowledgement for the late Oliver Hunter (Cookstown)

Armagh I Death Notice

Hunter, Oliver. The wife and daughter of the late Oliver Hunter along with our family wish to express our sincere gratitude and heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised with us in our recent sad bereavement.

Thanks to all our family and friends who called at the family home and attended Oliver’s funeral and who provided emotional support and kindness at this difficult time.

For those who travelled distances to be with us, sent Mass Cards, Sympathy Cards, made Phone Calls, commented on Social Media and sent Floral Tributes, we truly appreciate your kind words and presence.

Our sincere thanks to Father Slater for his presence as well as celebrating the Requiem Mass and also for the meaningful Homily which described Oliver to perfection. Also a word of thanks to Father Boyle for his support.

Many thanks to the Readers, Cecile, Julie, Odhran, Hannah and Gavin and to Enda for the beautiful reflection.

We would like to thank Margaret Anne and Patrick for the most moving and beautiful singing and music, it made Oliver’s Funeral Mass all the more special.

Our sincere thanks to the Doctors and District Nurses who cared for Oliver over the final weeks of his life, we are truly grateful to you all. A special mention to Doctor Paul Flanigan who cared for all of Oliver’s medical needs throughout the years.

Also to Kieran Kirk Funeral Directors and his staff, for all his help, guidance and support and for the caring, dignified and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.

To the Greenvale Hotel and their Staff for the beautiful meal they provided after the burial. Thanks also to those who helped with catering in the home and to all those who brought food.

To everyone who helped in any way, your contribution and kindness was very much appreciated. As we are unable to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our sincere gratitude and appreciation.
