Acknowledgement for the late Moira Nugent (Tassagh)

Nugent, Moira. (Tassagh) Moira’s sons and daughters and entire family circle wish to thank all those who sympathised with them during their recent bereavement. To all our wonderful family, friends and kind neighbours whose help was invaluable over the wake and funeral and indeed throughout mummy’s life.

We thank especially the Rafferty family who provided and assisted parking to wake attendees and to Mark Fegan and Paul O Neill for the provision and erection of the lighting and to Ar Marquee for the marquee.

Thanks to all those who attended the wake and funeral, brought mass/sympathy cards, floral tributes, telephoned or messaged or posted online their expressions of sympathy we assure you these were all greatly appreciated.

Thanks to the many individuals who brought gifts of food to the wake all too many to mention and to the businesses and in particular McGranes Supermarket (Keady), Costcutters (Cathedral Road Armagh) and Cordelias (Armagh)

Special thanks to the Doctors and Nurses of Lurgan Hospital and Willowbank Surgery and The Archway Surgery and to Armagh District nursing team for their exemplary care. Particular thanks to all the carers from Enable and Cloghervalley whose compassion and friendship enabled mummy to be maintained at home.

We offer a massive thanks to Fr Greg Carvil for his many home visits and for celebrating a beautiful and fitting funeral mass, we also acknowledge with gratitude Fr Corrigan for his pastoral care of mummy and Fr McAnenly for his presence at the wake. We thank Noel and Patricia the Sacristons for preparing the church and to the Gold Ring Band for their beautiful music which greatly enhanced the celebration of the mass.

We appreciate the flowers provided by Marion and Sophia from Keady Flowers they were simply beautiful.

Finally sincere thanks to Bridget Mone and her team of Mone funeral Directors for the complete compassionate and professional handling of all the funeral arrangements and to Granemore GAC for the use of the hall and Sheils for the post burial refreshments

Moira’s month mind mass will be held in St Mary’s Church Granemore on Saturday February 18, at 7:30pm
