Acknowledgement for the late Michael Mallon (Armagh)

Death Notice Armagh I

Mallon, Michael. (Armagh) We the family of the late Michael Mallon wish to express our sincere thanks to all who sympathised and supported us in our recent sad bereavement. To all our extended family, friends and kind neighbours whose help was invaluable over the wake and funeral we express our sincere gratitude.

To those who called to our home from near and far, brought food, sent Mass and sympathy cards and donated to Chest Heart and Stroke your kindness was greatly appreciated.

To those who helped during the wake, serving refreshments, provided outside lights, lighting, the marquee and taxi buses to and from the house we offer our heartfelt thanks.

We hugely appreciated the guards of honour and support shown to us on Michael’s final journey to the Church.

Our thanks to Fr. Peter McAnenly who called to our home and provided us with spiritual guidance at this most difficult time.

To Fr. Barry who celebrated Michael’s Funeral Mass and offered words of comfort to us.

To the McBennett sisters for their beautiful singing and music which enhanced the Mass. Special thanks to J.J. McArdle Funeral Directors for the professional and dignified way the funeral arrangements were carried out and especially Hugo for his support and kindness to the family.

To the Harps Club Armagh for the lovely food and excellent service provided following the Funeral Mass.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere gratitude.

Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday February 26, in St. Patrick’s Cathedral at 11.00am
