Acknowledgement for the late Mary McElhatton (Dungannon)

McElhatton, Mary, (Dungannon) We the sons and daughters of the late Mary McElhatton wish to express our sincere and heartfelt thanks to all who sympathised with us on our recent bereavement.

We are very grateful for the support and prayers of those who attended the wake and removal of our mothers remains and the funeral mass, and those that followed the mass on web cam, sent sympathy cards, mass cards, and messages of condolences, telephoned us and kept us in their thoughts and prayers, including messages on social media.

Special thanks to our mothers great neighbours who were so kind and helpful to our mother over the last few years.

We would like to thank our mothers carers, Edel, Jade and Ann Marie. All were a great source of comfort to our mother and ourselves. Thank you to the Enable care team who cared for our mother and became friends. Thank you Martina O’Hagan (Coalisland) for your kindness.

Sincere thanks to all staff at Ashbrook Care Home who cared for our mother so well. We will never forget your kindness.

Thank you to staff at Medicare, Newell Road for your assistance, also Newell Stores for providing food at the wake. Also to The Gables Restraunt for their support and funeral dinner. Also Dean Kevin Donaghy and Deacon Andy for the funeral mass and support. Also Grainne Maxwell for such prayerful music at the funeral.

Sincere thanks to Patrick Quinn, – Funeral Directors, and Joe McCurry, for their professionalism and support. Also thanks to the gravedigger who prepared our mothers grave.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation.

Mary’s month mind mass will be celebrated in St Patrick’s Church Dungannon on Saturday July 2, at 6.15pm.
