Acknowledgement for the late Kathleen McQuade (Keady)

McQuade, Kathleen. Kathleen’s sisters Geraldine, Una, Eileen, Breege and Maeve, her brothers Malachy, Dessie and Colm and wider family wish to express their profound thanks and appreciation to all those who offered support and sympathy to them during their sad loss.

To all our family, relatives, friends and neighbours who attended the wake/funeral, brought mass and sympathy cards, gifts of food and floral tributes, telephoned or wrote letters or posted condolences online we were greatly comforted by them all.

Special thanks to Dr Watters and the staff of Tassagh Health Centre and to Helen Smyth and Katrina Tierney from the Trust community team for their support to Kathleen, and to the medical and nursing staff of 2N CAH for their sensitive end of life care.

Gratitude and thanks to the priests of the parish and especially Fr McCann for officiating at a very personal and fitting requiem mass and to Fr Dan McCauley (SMA Dromintine) for concelebrating .
The mass was greatly enriched by the singing provided by our neighbour Patrina Cooke and her accompanying Organist Dermot McCusker.
Thanks also to the Sacriston and gravedigger for their assistance and finally to Mone Funeral Directors for the compassionate and professional handling of all the funeral arrangements.

At the risk of failing to mention someone we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a sincere token of our appreciation.

Kathleen’s month mind mass will be held in St Patrick’s Church Keady on Monday February 28, at 7pm
