Acknowledgement for the late Joseph ‘Joe’ Dynes (Derrymacash)

Dynes, Joseph ‘Joe’.

The family of the late Joe Dynes wish to express their sincere and heartfelt appreciation to all those who extended their sympathy, kindness and support following their recent sad loss.

We are deeply touched by the generosity of everyone who visited our home, attended the funeral, sent Mass or sympathy cards, offered messages of comfort, or assisted us in any way. A special word of thanks to all our neighbours and everyone who helped and supported us throughout the wake. Your kindness was greatly appreciated.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Father Brian Fitzpatrick for his spiritual guidance and for officiating at Joe’s beautiful Requiem Mass, and to the sacristans who assisted throughout the service. Our thanks also to Caoimhe Loughran and Eamon McGarrity for their exceptional musical contributions.

A special word of thanks to all the medical staff who cared for and supported Joe. Your kindness, compassion and care have been a great comfort to Joe and to our family.

A very special mention to Lurgan Men’s Shed, which was Joe’s second home and held such a special place in his heart.

We would also like to express our sincere thanks to McAlinden & Murtagh Funeral Directors for their endless compassion, guidance and professionalism during what has been an extremely difficult time.

We would also like to sincerely thank everyone who made a donation to Mary’s Meals in Joe’s memory. Your generosity and kindness are deeply appreciated by the family, and it is a wonderful tribute to Joe’s memory.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our profound gratitude and appreciation.

Joe’s Month’s Mind Mass will take place on Thursday, September 10, at 10.30am in St Patrick’s Church, Derrymacash.
