The family of the late Johnny Toner R.I.P. of 1 Bests row, Umgola, Armagh, who died on February 23, 2022, would like to thank everyone who sympathised with them at their recent loss. We would like to thank all those who called at our home, brought or sent mass/sympathy cards, letters, text messages, flowers and gifts of food including Cordelia’s.
Special thanks to Father Mc Anenly and Father Barry Matthews for spiritually attending Johnny. Thanks to our extended family, kind neighbours and friends for all their help and support at this time. We offer our thanks to Father Mc Anenly for celebrating Johnny’s funeral mass and his lovely homily, to Eilis Fox and Sara Jane Kelly for the beautiful music and to Roger the Sacristan.
Special word of thanks to Abbey Court Surgery, especially Doctor C. Moore, the District Nurses and the Pallative Care Team for their attendance to Johnny during his illness. Thanks also to Mc Keever’s Pharmacy Thomas Street, Armagh. Thanks also to Ann’s Homecare for their professional care and support to Johnny and the family over the past number of years.
Thanks to Martin Kelly Funeral Directors for the professional and dignified manner in which he carried out the funeral arrangements. Thanks to Armagh Harps GFC for the Guard of Honour. Thanks also to the grave diggers for preparing Johnny’s final resting place. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere thanks and appreciation.
Johnny’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St. Patrick’s Cathedral on Friday 25 March at 7.30 pm.
