Acknowledgement for the late Joe Campbell (Blackwatertown)

Campbell, Joe, January 16, 2022 (Blackwatertown). We, the family of the late Joe Campbell, wish to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all those who supported us through our recent sad bereavement.

We would like to thank all who called to our home, who attended the funeral, some of whom came from far away, those who willingly gave up their time and helped us during those difficult days, and those who lined the route from our home to the chapel. Also, to those who expressed their sympathy in any way, and to those who sent flowers and gifts of food, we are all truly grateful.

A special word of thanks to Fr Thomas McHugh and Fr John Hughes for the comforting mass and to Karl McGuckin and those who accompanied him for the beautiful music. We would also like to thank Eileen Keegan (Sacristan) for her kindness and guidance and Brian Nugent for digging the grave.

Special mention also to JJ McArdle Funeral Directors for the compassionate and professional handling of all the funeral arrangements.

Thank you to Doctor Campbell and the staff of Moy Health Centre, all the staff at Gordon’s Chemist of Moy and Hegarty’s Shop for their support and kindness.

Finally, thank you to the Ryandale, for providing us all with a lovely meal after the funeral.

Joe’s month’s mind mass will be held on Wednesday February 16, at 7pm in St Jarlath’s Church, Blackwatertown.
