McGeown, Jennifer, (née Haughey), (Lurgan) The daughters of the late Jennifer would like to express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to all who offered support and sympathy to us, during the recent loss of our much-loved mother.
We would like to thank our family, friends and neighbours who attended the wake and funeral mass and all who sent mass cards, sympathy cards and messages of condolence or paid their respects in any way. It brought us great comfort at this very sad time.
We sincerely thank Father Colum Wright who celebrated mum’s funeral mass, for such a fitting and personal service.
We are indebted to the staff of The Cancer Centre, Belfast City Hospital, the District Nursing team and the Doctors of Church Walk Surgery for their compassion and support while caring for mummy in her final weeks.
Special thanks to the Funeral Directors McAlinden and Murtagh for the kind, professional and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation to all.
Jennifer’s month’s mind mass will be celebrated on Saturday May 6, at 7.00 pm in St Paul’s Chapel, Lurgan.
