Acknowledgement for the late Geraldine Hughes (Clonoe)

Hughes, (nee Cullen), Geraldine (Clonoe) We the Hughes family would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank everyone who helped sympathise with us on the loss of our much loved mummy, sister and granny (mum mum).

A special thanks to our extended family and friends for all your help and support during the wake and funeral.

A special thanks to the staff at Macmillian and District nurse team in particular Niamh and Aisling for all their caring and kindness towards mummy.

A special thanks to Canon Fee, Father McCallion and Father O’Neill for all their beautiful prayers and beautiful funeral mass. Thanks to grave digger Gary who prepared mummy’s final resting place.

A special thanks to staff at M. Dorman Funeral Directors for the caring, attentive and dignified way they conducted mummy’s funeral arrangements.

To Breid Campbell for her beautiful singing and music during the funeral.

To Coalisland Fianna for all your help during the wake.

To Annagher Service Station, Newell Stores and St. Vincent De Paul for the food left.

To St. Pius X College and St. Marys Grammar School for forming a Guard of honour outside the chapel.

Thank you to everyone who called at the house, left food, sent Mass cards, floral tributes, texts messages and phone calls and attended mummy’s wake and funeral- it was deeply appreciated and a great comfort to us all.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this as an acknowledgment of a sincere thank you from the Hughes Family.

Geraldine Hughes Months Mind mass will be on Thursday December 22, at 7.30pm in St. Patrick’s Church Clonoe.
