The family of the late Ernest Ferguson wish to thank family, friends, neighbours and all who sympathised with them, offered support, sent cards, messages and phone calls following their recent bereavement.
Thank you to all who offered help and provided refreshments at the wake, attended the funeral and gave donations in lieu of flowers to Marie Curie.
A special word of thanks to the district nurses from Cookstown Health Centre who cared for Ernest on a daily basis and gave great support to us as a family.
Also thanks to the staff of Cookstown Health Centre and the staff at Boots Chemist, Burn Road, for their help and support.
We also thank Rev Patterson for his words of comfort and for conducting the funeral service, the organist Grace Brown, the church caretaker and the ladies who provided tea at Cookstown Independent Methodist Church following the burial.
Thanks also to the gravedigger John Spratt at Donaghey Congregational Church.
We appreciate and thank Carole Steenson and the staff at Steenson Funeral Services for the dignified and caring manor in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.
It is impossible to thank everyone individually for their kindness, but we trust this acknowledgement is accepted as a token of our gratitude.
