Heaney, Eileen. (Benburb), April 22, 2023. We, the family of the late Eileen Heaney (R.I.P) wish to express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to all who sympathised with us during our recent sad bereavement.
We wish to thank our family, friends and neighbours and to all those who called at the house, telephoned, sent mass cards and assisted at the wake. Thanks also to the management and staff of McAnallens, Benburb. Your kindness was greatly appreciated.
Special thanks to Nigel and the team at McKeevers Chemist, Moy for their dedication and assistance to us all throughout mummy’s illness.
Thank you also to Dr McGeary, Parkview Surgery for her continued support and guidance. To the District Nursing team, Moy, Marie Curie and the Acute Care at Home team for all their help, support and words of comfort to mummy and to us as a family, we are forever grateful.
A very special word of thanks to Fr. Thomas McHugh for his spiritual support, guidance and prayers and for the beautiful and personal Requiem Mass. Special thanks also to Séaan Clancy for the beautiful singing.
Thank you to Benedict Martin, funeral directors for the professional and dignified funeral arrangements and the to gravediggers who prepared mummy’s resting place with care.
As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a small gesture of our sincere appreciation.
Lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her husband Chris, daughters Martina and Eleanor, sons Jody and Seamus, Sons in law, grandchildren, brothers, sister and the entire family circle.
Mummy’s Months Mind mass will be celebrated on Monday May 22, at 7pm in St. Jarlath’s Church, Blackwatertown.
