Conn, Edna. The family of the late Edna Conn would like to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to all those who sympathised and supported them in their recent bereavement. We wish to thank all the kind neighbours and friends who attended the funeral service, sent messages of sympathy and have given donations to NI Chest Heart and Stroke Association in lieu of flowers.
Our thanks to the Reverend Alan Thompson for conducting the Funeral Service and for his words of comfort and support at this time.
We would particularly like to thank the Community Care Staff who supported Edna so faithfully while she remained in her own home, to Dr A. Herron and the team at The Garvin Medical practice and more latterly the Riverside medical team in Portadown. Thanks also to the dedicated team of staff at Lisnisky Care Home, who cared for Edna with such love and attention during her time there.
We would also like to thank the Funeral Directors, Holmes of Dungannon, for the professional and dignified way they carried out the funeral arrangements. Thanks as well to the grave digger, the organised and those members of the church who facilitated the service to comply with current regulations.
We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all concerned as a token of our sincere gratitude and thanks.
