Acknowledgement for the late Damian McKerr (Lurgan)

McKerr, Damian.

The family of the late Damian McKerr wish to express their sincere gratitude to all those who offered their sympathy and support following the loss of a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and uncle.

We were deeply moved by the generosity of everyone who came to our home, participated in the funeral, sent Mass or sympathy cards, shared comforting messages, offered gifts, or provided assistance in any way.

A special word of thanks to Father Colum Wright and Father Brian Fitzpatrick PP for their spiritual guidance and for the beautiful Requiem Mass. Our appreciation also extends to Sinead McConville and Declan McKerr for their beautiful singing and music.

Our thanks go to the doctors at Old School House Surgery who helped care for Damian in his final days.

We are especially grateful to the teams at Newry Hospice, Marie Curie, the district nurses, and the care workers who allowed us to care for him at home.

We also extend our thanks to all his friends and family who supported him and his family during this difficult time.

Our heartfelt thanks to McAlinden and Murtagh Funeral Directors for their professional and caring handling of the funeral arrangements.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation.

Damian’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday December 17, at 7.00 pm in St. Peter’s Church, Lurgan.
