Caroline Jefferies (McGinn)- died July 7, 2024 – Forever in our hearts.
Lovingly remembered by her sons, fiancé, family and friends.
Caroline’s 1st anniversary mass will be held in St Malachy’s Catholic Church, Armagh, on Monday 7th July at 19:30.
