Acknowledgement for the late Barry McArdle (Middletown)

McArdle, Barry.

The family of the late Barry McArdle (RIP), 9 Mullanary Road, Middletown, offer our sincere gratitude and thanks to our dear relatives, neighbours and friends who assisted in so many ways during this very difficult time.

To all who offered their sympathy and support, attended Barry’s wake and funeral, sent mass cards or tokens of condolence, we are deeply touched and grateful.

To The kevin Bell Repatriation Trust, who assumed the huge responsibility and management of all aspects of Barry’s final journey home from the USA, we can not thank you enough.

We thank Martin, Eamon and Paddy from EC Hughes’ undertakers for their services, which included co-ordinating with The Kevin Bell Trust in bringing Barry back home to Middletown from Dublin Airport.

To Middletown GAA for assisting with directing traffic and organising parking during Barry’s wake we thank you sincerely.

We would like to thank Fr Sean Moore, P.P. Middletown, for his consoling pastoral care, for celebrating Barry’s requiem mass, attending Cavan crematorium and his ongoing support.

Since it is not possible to mention by name everyone who offered their support to the family in any way and those who continue to support the family at this difficult time, we hope you accept this notice as an acknowledgement of our sincere thanks.

Barry’s Month Mind Mass will be celebrated on Friday January 5, 2024 at 730pm in St John’s Church Middletown.
