Acknowledgement for the late Anthony Conlon (Dungannon)

Conlon, Anthony, late of 83 Ballygawely Road Dungannon. Anthony’s wife Pamela and children Christopher, Seamus and Mary would like to express our thankfulness to the many kind Relatives, Neighbours and Friends who supported us during our recent loss.

We were extremely comforted and thankful to those who took time to express their sympathy by attending the wake and funeral and to those who sent Mass and sympathy cards, your words were very much appreciated.

We would like to thank our Family and Friends who helped out during the wake especially to Petey Conlon for his practical support at this time. To all who brought food to our home and to Glen service station for providing the Family with refreshments. All your kindness will never be forgotten.

We offer our most sincere gratitude to all who looked after Anthony during his sickness especially the Staff of 2 North Craigavon Hospital who cared for Anthony with great compassion. To the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service who were invaluable to getting Anthony his treatment as quickly as possible.

To the staff of Medicare Thomas Street, Shane and Orla from the Community Respiratory Team and the Acute Care at Home Team we are extremely greatful for the the care Anthony received. And we offer a heartfelt thanks to Enable Care Team especially Helen and Ellen we will forever be indebted to them for their kindness, care and attention while looking after Anthony.

A special thanks to Fr Eamon McCamely for his many visits to Anthony and the support he has given to our Family this year. For celebrating the funeral Mass in such an honourable way, paying great tribute to a great man.

We thank Malachi Cush for his beautiful singing during the Mass.

We would like to offer a special thanks to Paudge Quinn for the professional manner in which he carried out the funeral arrangements and guidance to our Family.

To Petey Riley for the beautiful arrangement of flowers, and to Peter Mc Hugh for preparing Anthony’s Final Resting Place and for all he has done to support our Family this year.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a small gesture of our sincere appreciation for the comfort you all bestowed upon us at this difficult time, and the Holy Sacrifice of Mass will be offered for your intentions.

Anthony’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Friday December 2, at 7.30 pm in St Malachy’s Church Edendork.

“Our Lady of Lourdes pray for him”.
