Thompson, Albert. The Family of the late Albert Cedric Thompson wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement.
The Family would like to express sincere thanks to the Acute Care at Home Team who looked after Cedric; Dr. McGucken, Dr. Sands, Nursing Staff, OT’s and Dietitians for their exceptional care to Cedric and support to the Family.
Special thanks to Rev’s Bryan Martin and Matthew Topley and Friends of Grange Meeting for Pastoral Care and support during Cedric’s illness.
To all the kind Friends and Neighbours who called the home, brought gifts, sent messages of sympathy, telephoned, gave donations to Acute Care at Home Team; those who attended the funeral or helped in any way. This was very much appreciated by the Family at this difficult time.
Thank you to Dungannon Methodist Church, who kindly granted the use of their hall and to the Caterers who provided the tea, after the committal.
Thanks to Dereck Marshall Funeral Directors, for the professional and sensitive manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all in grateful appreciation.
