Deanery Demesne: Phase 3 on the horizon as previous phase is almost sold out

The sought after new homes on the Portadown Road, Armagh continue to sell out fast. Alastair Glass, managing director of Hannath reported a surge in enquiries over the Christmas period which appears to be pointing to another busy year ahead for the ABC areas – in particular for the remaining homes in Deanery Demesne with only 8 homes not spoken for in phase 2 including detached three and four bedroom two storey homes, as well as three bedroom detached bungalows.

Only three bungalows remain on the market and Alastair is busy taking people round the houses for a first look since the first homes began to take shape late 2021.

“The first bungalows are at an advanced stage of construction now which allow prospective purchasers in for a nosey to get a feel for room sizes and the finish that is on offer. A lot of the people buying the bungalows are those downsizing, so it is very difficult to down size anyway especially without actually being in the property to see the space available. So it’s great to be able to show people what is on offer, instead of reading off plans.”

Phase 3 is currently going through the planning permission process at the moment and Hannath expect to have a further update on progress of phase 3 later this year. For now we’re concentrating on phase 2 with 30 purchasers keen to get moved into their new home.

The attention to detail in Deanery Demesne is there for all to see, and whether you’re planning on moving this year or next to the Deanery we would love to get chatting to you soon to explore your options. Get in touch with Alastair on 02838396851 or e mail alastair@hannath.com
