Police appeal after thefts in Keady and Dromore

Police in Armagh are appealing for information following the theft of cattle from a farm yard on Clay Road, Keady.

Some time between 2pm on Thursday, 12 December and 9am on Friday, 13 December, 15 suckling cows were taken. These cows are due to calve within the next six weeks.

It is likely that some form of transport would have been needed to move the cattle and police are appealing to anyone who noticed any activity around the farm yard or has any information in relation to the theft or whereabouts of the cows to contact them in Armagh on 0845 600 8000.

Meanwhile, police in Craigavon are appealing for information following the theft of a quad.

A Honda 450 quad was taken from stables at the rear of a property on Donaghcloney Road, Dromore some time overnight between Wednesday, 4 December and Thursday, 5 December.

Police are appealing to anyone who has information in relation to the theft or whereabouts of the quad to contact them in Lurgan on 0845 600 8000.
