Witness appeal after man assaulted by four others in Keady

Police in Armagh are appealing for information after a report of an assault in the Madden Row area of Keady on Sunday, July 6.
Sometime between 10:30pm and 11pm, it was reported that a man was assaulted by a group of  four males in the area.
He was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment to his injuries that are not believed to be serious. Enquiries are continuing.
Police would ask anyone who saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area or who has any  information about the incident to contact them at Banbridge Police Station on the non-emergency number 101 quoting reference 78280614. Or, if someone would  prefer to provide information without giving their details, they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.
