9.50AM UPDATE: the road has now reopened.
There has been a early morning road accident near Poyntzpass.
Police are advising motorists of traffic delays in both directions on the Tandragee Road between Poyntzpass and Jerretspass near its junction with Drumbanagher Wall Road due to a road traffic collision.
The accident has closed the road in both directions.
It remains unclear how many vehicles have been involved.
