The Garvaghy Road in Portadown was closed following a “major incident” earlier this morning.
Police had sectioned off a part of the road between the junction at Rose Cottages and Ashgrove Road.
It is understood two men have been seriously assaulted in the area.
Forensics officers are currently on the scene.
A police spokesperson has since confirmed the road has re-opened.
“Garvaghy Road closure now lifted and all traffic can pass freely,” said a PSNI spokesperson.
“Thank you for your patience in this matter.”
