Police have issued an appeal for witnesses after a suspected child approach in county Down yesterday afternoon.
The alleged incident happened in the Dundrum Road area of Newcastle on Monday.
Officers say they believe a small gold coloured car may have been involved.
The appeal has gone out to make the public aware and to report any suspicious behaviour.
A PSNI spokesperson in Down said: “We believe it involved a small gold coloured car.
“Anyone who witnessed this or experienced something similar can contact Downpatrick Police quoting serial 751 31/7/17.”
