A young man sustained burns to his face, hands and legs after an early morning fire in south Armagh.
It happened at a semi-detached house at Forest Park at Dromintee.
Firefighters from Newry raced to the scene when the call came in shortly after midnight.
An ambulance was also summoned.
The 23-year-old was taken to hospital for treatment to his injuries.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used hosereel jets to extinguish the flames.
